My name is Angie and I am a Super Mama to my G-love and wife to the fabulous JP. I am a fitness junkie and over the years have assumed various fitness personalities: gym rat, step aerobics master, marathoner, Pilates enthusiast, triathlete, weight training addict, peace loving yogi and now boot camp sergeant.
I own and instructor Baby Boot Camp South OC and Karna Fitness South OC. Baby Boot Camp is a stroller fitness program for new moms with babies ages 6 weeks to 4 years old. Karna Fitness (Karna means “Core” in Swedish) is small group training for women that offer various programs: Restore the Core (mat pilates), Karna Camp (High Intensity Interval Training), and Half Marathon Training Program.
I am an AFAA certified group instructor and personal trainer and also also hold a pre and post natal fitness certification. I really enjoy teaching and training others to reach their fitness goals- whether it is to train for a race, lose their baby weight or increase their strength and endurance. I get energized by challenging others to workout harder, try new and healthy foods and live a healthier lifestyle.
In my spare time I MOVE- walk or play with my little man, go take a class to pick up new ideas or plan a really fun (tough) workout for my ladies. I love exercise and believe it is what keeps me sane, happy and on most days, easy to live with.
I created this site to share ideas on healthy lifestyles and workouts with other like minded Super Mamas. I believe in making time to exercise and think that other Super Mamas who do so are setting great examples for their kids.
